Best doctor appointment I have ever been to.

Dr. Collins is fantastic! Incredibly kind, thoughtful, funny, and really listens to patient concerns. Even without additional prompting, she provides additional care options, suggestions, and information about likely outcomes and common things that come up with patients that have similar issues. Dr. Collins is, to me, the golden standard for a care provider, and I think more physicians should strive to be like her.

Dr.Collins made me feel cared for and listened to, unlike a lot of providers in my past. Dr.Collins is someone who I feel respects me, and I'd be highly willing to keep on my medical team for the long term.

I was told multiple times that if I wasn't comfortable to let her know and she would stop the exam immediately. She was kind, compassionate, and explained things in a way that made sense.

Repeatedly pushed at me for an assessment I declined to have done. Had to repeat myself that I would be opting out about 5 times, seems she tried to medically shame me for doing so. Also asked a lot of questions unrelated to health that made me uncomfortable. AmI registered to vote, do I own a gun, do I monitor my drinks while at a bar, etc. Very strange interaction and have already noted to not book an appointment with her again.

Dr Collins is the most conscientious clinician I have encountered in the ob/gyn world.
