Lauren is the Assistant Director at Perspectives, overseeing community relations. She provides support to parents, children, and families through Family Enrichment and Holistic Wellness coaching. She has over 25 years of professional experience in the helping fields, including speech-language pathology, nutritional family wellness coaching, advocacy, and more. She is passionate about supporting clients as they discover their inner toolbox to deal with the complexities of life and find joy every day. Lauren brings an integrative, creative, and holistic approach to her work. Educating teens and young adults about their brain and nervous system can naturally foster increased feelings of competence and self-love. This provides a platform for individuals to initiate their self-care in ways that are unique to each individual.

Lauren is the co-developer of The Personal Power Tools curriculum which focuses on social navigation and self-regulation. It is utilized in schools and camps as well as by private practitioners.
