Register as a new patient in our Patient Portal. Within one business day, our office manager will contact you to schedule your first appointment, discuss what to expect, review insurance details, and process a $25 booking fee. This fee will be applied toward your visit cost and is refundable if you cancel at least two business days prior to your scheduled visit.
